個人情報保護方針

株式会社ソーソーのサービス提供におきましては、情報が重要な位置を占め、その中にはお客様からお預かりしたもの、または自社で直接取得した大切な個人情報も含まれています。

　「個人情報」を適切に保護することは、企業の重要な社会的使命と認識し、当社は業務上取扱うお客様の個人情報の他、取引関係者・当社従業員などの個人情報について、個人情報保護に関する法令及びその他の規範を遵守し「個人情報保護」のための全社的な取り組みを実施します。
また、右記の通り個人情報保護方針を定め、これを実行し継続的に見直し、改善・向上に努めることを宣言致します。

お客様、お取引関係者、当社従業員の個人情報（以下、「個人情報」といいます）について、「個人情報管理責任者」を設置し、取扱いを定めて、適切な保護を行います。
事業上必要な範囲に限定して適切な手段で、個人情報を収集します。その収集時には、収集と利用の目的、問合せや苦情、相談に対する窓口を明確にして、個人情報を収集します。
個人情報は、法律に基づく命令等を除いて、収集時に承諾を得た範囲外の利用、提供はいたしません。
個人情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止に関して合理的な安全対策を講じるとともに予防ならびに是正に努めます。
個人情報を取り扱う業務を他の会社に委託する場合、個人情報を収集する際の承諾に基づく利用、提供、安全管理を守るように、委託先に対する適切な契約や指導・管理をいたします。
当社が保有する個人情報の開示、訂正、提供範囲の変更や削除を本人から依頼された場合には、適切な本人確認をさせて頂いた上で、合理的な範囲で速やかに対応いたします。
当社が取り扱う個人情報に関して適用される法令、規制、またその他の指針規範を遵守するとともに、個人情報保護の取り組みに問題点がないか適宜見直し、継続的な改善を行っていきます。

Regarding the personal information of customers, business partners, and our employees (hereinafter referred to as "personal information"), we will appoint a "Personal Information Management Officer," establish handling procedures, and provide appropriate protection.
